1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Invalid or Non-Working Keys: If the product key provided is invalid or not functioning, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund after verification by our support team.
  • Unused Keys: If the key has not been activated and the refund request is made within 72 hours of purchase, you may request a refund or a replacement.
  • Technical Issues: If we are unable to resolve a technical issue related to product delivery, a refund may be granted.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Hardware Incompatibility: Refunds are not provided if the purchased product is incompatible with your hardware or system configuration. Please check requirements carefully before purchasing.
  • Activated Keys: Once a key or license is activated or redeemed, it becomes non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases made by mistake or simply because of a change of mind.

3. Unauthorized Refund Attempts

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate account restrictions, possible HWID bans, and denial of any future services.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds are primarily issued via Litecoin (LTC). Alternatively, customers may exchange the product for another item or receive a refund through Revolut, Zen, or Skrill (subject to availability).

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@bnfc.cc or through our official Discord support channels. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the refund request.

6. Final Decision

All refund requests are subject to review by our administration team. Refund approvals are at our sole discretion based on the circumstances provided.
